Proposal

Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) should:

• Make our major tech decisions public
• Live in the code repo to which the decision pertains (per our decision)
• Be written in markdown
• Be brief summaries focused on outcomes, not full records of the decision

Task

Finalize 1-2 ADRs (we have 1 draft) and publish it in a repo
