Mention Qubes Workstation in docs #634

Describe the change
As we're slowly opening the doors for the SecureDrop workstation (now in open Beta), we should update the documentation to at least mention both approaches. From what I could find the Qubes Workstation is only ever mentioned in the threat model.
For example, in the installation overview) there is so mention that there is a more future proof installation.
Combined with the fact that the website does not mention workstation much, it could make it hard for prospective users to assess the system requirements and seeing if it's a good fit, before they ever reach out.
How will this impact SecureDrop users?
Increased visibility to Qubes workstation may help prospective and current users find documentation about the workstation or that there is a more future-proof install path.
