Question Regarding Satisfaction Ratings Module – Rating Updates

Hi Team,

We're currently using the Satisfaction Ratings module and had a quick question regarding its functionality.

If a user submits a satisfaction rating and then submits another one later (for the same conversation), does the latest rating update/overwrite the previous one in the reports? Or are both ratings stored and reflected in some way?
