LDAP module: filtering for group members against AD doesn't work

Hello. Been trying to filter imported users in the LDAP module based in group membership, against Active Directory. If I don't save a filter, I get all users. If I configure the filter, I always get the "Error: ldap_search(): Search: No such object" error. Yet if I plug the same exact parameters (really, copy & paste from the module configuration fields) into ldapsearch in the server command line, it retrieves the users, which tells me the filter I am using is correct. Am I missing some FreeScout configuration nuance here? Thanks!

My colleague went through issue #842 and found a workaround. He added the domain name in the DC=XXX,DC=XXX,DC=XXX at the start of the filter, and it magically worked. Hope this may be of help to others.
