tickets created by API are sorted the wrong way #4915

I'm creating phone call tickets via API and assign them to the corresponding user. This works fine so far.
Unfortunately they are getting sorted incorrect as you can see in ticket 118707 in the screenshot.
All other tickets are sorted by "waiting since".
