Support WebSockets

It would be nice if mod_janus could support a websocket transport to Janus as well as the existing HTTP transport.
This will require a major re-factor so I will not get around to it in the immediate future.

note that libks has a decent websocket client/server stack in it that is now used in mod_verto that could be used

@mjerris That is my plan! But it's going to require quite a bit of re-factoring. It might take a while!!
