internationalization produces local files

Tests related to internationalization produce temporary files in the local home directory, which are not deleted afterwards.

@ArneBinder has an idea how to solve the issue. Please implement and test it.

The first try to fix the issue was not succesful. Maybe this issue is related to freme-project/FREMECommon#22
