License too restrictive for boilerplate code #1

@igneus

Description

@igneus

I noticed that this repo is released under GNU GPL v3. In this particular case (boilerplate code intended to be copied when starting development of a new extension) I find this kind of license rather harmful. Boilerplate code imposing licensing restrictions on extension developers hinders proliferation of new extensions. Would you consider switching to some simple license with as little restrictions as possible?
