Description
There are a lot of basic cases that are unclear in Stevia. For example:
1)how to place an overlapping view with "Visual Layout Api" which position is related to container view only? Call layout twice with different inner code blocks? Current example
2)how to create 2 views with proportional height with "Chainable Api"?
3)what is single "10%" mark from readme inside "Visual Layout Api"? With typical constraints you can't just set constraint value in percents
