UI-UX: Merge circle Horizontal and Vertical radius

What if we merge Circle parameters "horizontal radius" and "vertical radius" into a duple (x, y) so that they gain the handy features of editing them both proportionally and/or jumping from one to the other one with TAB?

If you don't mind I could do it and I could have a look at other places were we could merge more of this kind...

I agree, note that this will probably change (break) the project file format.

I've been playing around:

• it will need more work to do it right
• you are right that it will probably break the project file format

So let's think about it for v1.1 😅 but it will improve UX

We can fix it for v1.1. I don't want to change the file format this late in the development for v1.0.
