Validation report properties are poorly documented. Link to current documentation

e.g. question from @pdelboca on slack :

Is there any documentation about the API of the Error Report? I'm wondering what's the goal of the cells field. For some errors it returns the row, for others just the cell with the error (for example extra-cell)
