[Feature Request] Ability to disable/enable components

good morning. i think it would be nice to individually enable/disable components. As of now we can only enable/disable entities but not components.

right it would be nice.

But doing so would add performance and memory penalty to all components, because the implementation need to be generic.
As the library aims for performance adding this feature would be counter productive.

If you need something like this - an alternative solution in application code:

• Add a tag e.g. MyComponentDisabled for each component type e.g. MyComponent.
  This tag can be used to exclude all disabled components of this type in queries.

• Or the simple solution by adding an enabled field to the component type.
