Forced uppercase in LICENSES directory #100
Description
This may sound like a joke, but this kind of enforcement is somewhat annoying.
Why should one of the several directories in my project yell at me?
If possible, please allow to choose any case in future specifications:
- LICENSES
- licenses
- Licenses
