The new specification page `site/content/en/spec-3.3.md` seems to have the same issue as in #87: the changelog link points to https://git.fsfe.org/reuse/docs/src/branch/stable/CHANGELOG.md instead of https://git.fsfe.org/reuse/website/src/branch/main/CHANGELOG.md
