Vacation mode

Add a function to temporarily disable all push features for the current user, and automatically reenable them on a given date.
Useful when you're on a week-long vacation and don't want to tear down and rebuild your push config before and after the vacation. Also keeps you from forgetting to re-enable the mensabot when you're back from your vacation.
