Docs updates aren't being built automatically

I noticed that documentation updates aren't being built automatically, for example the updates to the changelog are in the repo here: https://github.com/fsspec/filesystem_spec/blob/master/docs/source/changelog.rst but not in the latest RTD build here: https://filesystem-spec.readthedocs.io/en/latest/changelog.html

There is a readthedocs.yml in the root of the repo. Potentially the builds are failing or the GitHub integration is broken?

It seems we gathered a warning at some point, which might happen because of dependencies:

fsspec.spec.AbstractFileSystem.glob:49: WARNING: Inline strong start-string without end-string.

and the docs don't update if there is a warning (which I find surprising).

You are right, though, that doc-build should be a CI run, and I probably need to redo my RTD-github permissions anyway.
