Add a "Next Page" link to the admin for uncle Dylan

We just need to add a link or a button to the admin controls when editing a single page. If the page has a "next page" (sibling page immediately following it in order of menu_order) then the link would show up, otherwise not.

Looks like that plugin doesn't work with Gutenberg, unfortunately
