Add tools

We ran into an issue on the Elizabeth Taylor site and had a hard time finding the answers in the docs. There are a couple places the docs and the built-in tools could be improved:

• Empty cart action (async?)
• Document initialization/getting keys into Shopify
• Add subtotal calculator for items in cart
