Win 11: System Video Player does not open

Describe the bug
The external media player does not open.
No message, simply does not launch.
Also not working when run as Administrator

To Reproduce
Method 1: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings - General
2. Set Checkbox: Open Video in system Player
3. Go to a video
4. Click the video thumbnail
5. Nothing happens

Method 2: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings - General
2. Set Checkbox: Open Video in system Player
3. Go to a video, click the video menu (3 vertical dots)
4. Select option: Play Video In - External Player
5. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Expect MediaChips to launch the default video player installed in Windows 11.

Additional context
Works on my Windows 10 installation without issues
Videos play when opening the videos directly from Windows Explorer and the internal video player build in the app is working without issues.
