Certain country flags do not appear on card display when preset meta for country is selected

Describe the bug
Flags for certain countries not appearing on cards for tags when preset meta for country is selected. When going back into tag, the country is blank.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Country" in a tag with the meta selection
2. Click on 'Iran, the Islamic Republic of' or " "Korea, Republic of"
3. Save the tag
4. When cards are displayed no image fore previously selected country appears

Expected behavior
Flag should be displayed
