Rename this project to ` g3w-client-plugin-eleprofile`

Within the readme of the counterpart project g3w-admin-elevation-profile it states that this folder name must be used

G3WADMIN_LOCAL_MORE_APPS = [
    ...
    'eleprofile',
    ...
]

To avoid further confusion it would be advisable to use as a project suffix only the one required to function properly (on both sides).
