DROP query throws error even when IF EXISTS is present in the query

Here is a code snippet to drop a database:

I was expecting this to not throw an error when the database doesn't exist (given the IF EXISTS). But it fails with:

Extra info: I am using ncc to transpile to JS and I am running the JS as an actions from a Github Actions workflow.

My mistake - was connecting to the wrong database and I didn't see it. 😵‍💫
