Sample sheet collection summary incorrect

This is a simple sample sheet with 7 datasets, it's not nested and the members are not collections

I thought I fixed it - I'll revisit. Thanks for the issue. I'm doing the promised work on embedded Markdown now but after that I'll take the todo list of open issues for sample sheets and make proper issues for each including a couple I realized I missed and this and just start working through these.
