prepare_store_download for workflow invocations should allow selection of its contents

Describe the bug
Currently the prepare_store_download endpoint in the API allows you to select whether deleted or hidden datasets should be included. These selectors are not, however, available via the Galaxy user interface. Making them visible could allow more focused creation of an artefact to capture the essential outputs of a workflow invocation

Invoke a workflow, and navigate to Export, complete the "Invocation Export Wizard"

Expected behavior
