I’m trying to find out what has happened to a prepare_history_download task on Galaxy Australia for a large history (~800GB). The user reports seeing in the UI that the export has failed.

The celery log shows the task was initiated two days ago and there has been nothing in the celery logs about it since. The task does not show up on the flower dashboard.

There is a database entry for the history export in the store_export_association table with “"result_data\":null” in the export_metadata field. The short_term_web_storage folder corresponding to the short_term_storage_request_id in the export_metadata field is empty, but it has been more than 24 hours so it’s not clear whether there was ever a folder here for this export. There is no evidence of the celery temp folder having filled up.
