Explain how to update tool_status.tsv

As I understand tool_status.tsv is only created once, and then the to keep needs to be added.
How to add more rows ?

It is updated via the CI. You should not add a row. Every time a new tool is detected and fit in the categories defined by the community, it will be added to the tool_status.tsv

I haven't notice unreferenced tool. If that's the case, may you please check that the git repo is referenced in github.com/galaxyproject/planemo-monitor ?
