[HLE BIOS] Jumping Flash #13
Description
Jumping Flash crashes immediately after the SCEA screen on HLE
TODO : Catch bios calls it makes. Sounds like it suffers from a similar issue to Digimon Rumble Arena.
Also, we need to check for regressions.
