[HLE BIOS] Cart Wolrd series #14
Description
with HLE, CART World series seems to be stuck in some kind of boot loop
Doesn't sound like it can be easily fixed but i could be wrong.
He might try to use it over the recompiler.
TODO: Test it over interpreter. And catch bios calls if it is still stuck in a boot loop.
