Make sure there's no open issue for the same request before submit.

Currently, Eul serves as an app to monitor the entire Mac including detailed statistics about almost every aspect. However, including fan control options as a part of Eul would allow one to use Eul completely without relying on Macs Fan Control or any other external software.
