[feature request] high cpu usage on intel

i only choose cpu info on the top, cpu taking up 50% - 60%，the problem remains change flush rate 1s to 5s。it would be nice to keep it under 10% . MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) i5 macos 11.5.2
