New term - assertionError #94
Description
In Darwin Core, the MeasurementOrFact class has the term dwc:measurementAccuracy, which has the definition, 'The description of the potential error associated with the dwc:measurementValue.' The definition is not well reflected in the term name - accuracy is not the same as error. Taking advantage of the Assertion class in place of MeasurementOrFact, dwc:measurementAccuracy should be replaced with assertionError, with the definition, 'A description of the potential error associated with an assertionValueNumeric'.
