[EML edition] Use orcid API to automatically fill contact information

In the EML edition page, we could enter an ORCID identifier, and it will automatically fill the contact information (name, email, ...)

+1 for this feature request :) It would really simplify the workflow of data publication and reduce the burden from our data provider!

We will start implementing this as soon as I finish updating the EML. The metadata pages will change, there will be a new page for all contacts.
