Prototype indexing a country's data to a national checklist

As a prototype, index South African data to a national checklist.

Matching occurrences by if countryCode == ZA is sufficient for the prototype, or even the verbatim country / country code if that's easier.

A national checklist of South Africa isn't yet in Checklistbank, so instead index against the Catalogue of Afrotropical Bees. (Alternatively, if we need something with a lot more matches, maybe the Taxon list of animals with German names (worldwide) compiled at the SMNS would work, or the Clements Checklist.)

The resulting match information should be added to the ElasticSearch index, but not to downloads and not to the public API.
