delay.h issue

cannot compile this library anymore on MKRzero, stops at "Arduino/Sketches/libraries/USB_Host_Library_SAMD/src/usbhub.cpp:18:10: fatal error: delay.h: No such file or directory".

Unfortunately the Arduino SAMD Boards package changed in version 1.8.9; later versions do not contain delay.h, only delay.c.
You should either install version 1.8.9 or earlier, or modify usbhub.cpp on line 18 to include delay.c rather than delay.h on the newer version.

Would this be a fix for the library that would work and not ruin anything? Basically same as serial port monitor in sketches,
