Is the source code of the current released version somewhere else available? #63

Hello @geddski,
ich saw that in the VSCode Extension Store, there is the latest version 1.2.1, but this repository when I look in to package.json then I see that it has a older version number (1.2.0).
I ask, because I can't get your source code running in my VS Code, the "Runtime Status" tab, of the installed "macros" extension shows me that the extension isn't yet activated. When I use the extension which is in the global VSCode Store it works.
I thought that maybe some things got improved and aren't made yet public here at github?
Can you please check and when possible for you push the changes to this repository?
