reduceInterval is not covering the "week" interval even though it's a pretty common one.

The request comes from one of my colleague that is wanting to use the tool to simplify its codebase.

just to add information here a "week" interval is more than 7 days. it's 7 days that start on a monday which changes a bit the way we structure the code. I'll ask GEE if it's possible to add this in the advance method instead.
