We need to consider 3 vs30 values at once. We can do that by extending overriding_vs30 to 3 values and replacing the original site with 3 sites on the same location but with different values of vs30 (and z1pt0, z2pt5 recomputed).
Let's do that only if the site_model.csv contains the sentinel value -999 for the vs30. Sites with a positive vs30 will not be multiplied.
