Exposure aggregation and API access

In the context of the ongoing project with JRC, we would like to implement the following:

• Aggregate exposure by location, following the same approach previously applied to losses (losses_by_location)
• Enable extraction of the aggregated exposure via the API
• Enable extraction of the impact table using the API

The third point is solved. The impact table can be extracted using:
