Remove from the "Configuration File"tab, the sub-tab for "Classical Probabilistic"

Since the first version of the IPT this tab says Coming soon ...

The OpenQuake forum keeps receiving emails about the missing tab in the IPT (see example here).
We should delete permanently this tab.
