(iPad) Usernames appear incorrectly when looking at a player's comments with comment size set to small

Usernames are slightly offset above where they should be when looking at a player's comments with the comment size set to small. I've confirmed this bug is specifically with NodeID's.

I am playing on an iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (4th generation) running iPad OS 18.5
