Free adoption offer #175
Description
User story
As a GeoKret owner I want to be able to offer my Geokrety for free adoption to someone can adopt them, it may be useful if I want to leave the community.
Acceptance criteria
- The GeoKret MUST have
adoptionflag enabled - An admin CAN set a GeoKret to free adoption
- An owner CAN set a GeoKret to free adoption
- Any other authenticated user CANNOT set a GeoKret to free adoption
- An anonymous user CANNOT set a GeoKret to free adoption
- The
free adoptionstatus MUST be displayed in the GeoKret details for everyone
