On move, users must have their statpic regenerated* asynchronously #216
Description
User story
After Create/Update/Delete operations on Moves, GeoKret mover and owner must have their statpic regenerated.
Acceptance criteria
- The user who moved MUST have his statpic regenerated
- The GeoKret owner MUST have his statpic regenerated
- On edit, old GeoKret owner MUST have his statpic regenerated
