User story

As an API consumer I want to get details of a country so then I can display them in my application

Acceptance criteria

• Anyone CAN have access to attributes
• A language collection MUST be filterable
• A language collection MUST be sortable
• A language collection MUST have pagination
• A language collection MUST include attributes:
  • language name
  • language code ISO 639-1
• A country collection MUST have links to:
  • users
• The languages MUST be at least readable in an ISO 639-1 format code of a country
• A language collection MUST be able to include only a subset of fields
