feature request: email frequency from daily to ad hoc

Feature request: It would be nice if the frequency of geokrety.org emails could be fasten up
from daily to real log time. So whenever someone logs one of my geokrety, it would be nice
to get this log as soon as possible and not as a summary email next day.
