Edit modal fails to handle service protocols not in predefined options

Describe the bug

When opening the application metadata-editor and editing a dataset with services, if the protocol is not in the list of protocol options, no protocol is checked inside the radio buttons group (while trying to "Modify the dataset preview" of one service)

• GeoNetwork-UI version used: main
• Application: metadata-editor

Expected behaviour

The application should either list all protocols as options or toggle other.

Steps To Reproduce

• Run : docker compose up -d and npx nx serve metadata-editor
• Open http://localhost:41799/edit/zzz_nl_test_wfs_syth_la_ciotator http://localhost:42057/ and open a dataset with services with protocols not listed as option.
• Click on stage 2 of the form (Resources) and click on modifiy on one the associated resources which is a service with his protocol not listed as option.
