Parse WFS3 requests

Currently, log.py parser does not parse out apache lines with WFS3 requests into usable details, such as getting the layer name, as the URL requests are structured differently. Such a feature will benefit reading WFS3 apache lines from https://github.com/geopython/pygeoapi.

New feature to be added into GeoUsage parser.
