[dc] when parsing dc, only first contributor role is indexed, contacts element empty

when parsing a dc record with multiple contributor fields, only the first value is indexed to contributor field
the contacts element is empty

#1070 will solve the case if multiple contributors are found, so suggestion is to populate both contacts as well as contributor with all contributors (, separated)
