WPS Download creates GPKG with invalid timestamp columns from PostGIS table #344
Description
As per Table.1 GeoPackage Data Types of the GPKG Encoding standard, the type for datetime columns is DATETIME.
WPS Download generates "timestamp" columns in case the origin feature type has a timestamp with timezone column
