Cannot configure a mosaic of remote single band COGs that uses the time dimension

The TimeAttribute is copied over from the indexer to the global mosaic properties file, but then not into the single band property file, causing the time dimension not to be available, neither in the single band coverages, nor in a coverage view created associating the various bands.
