Unknown Profile at Renew your account

Hi,
we are testing the Windows App (4.2.2 and 4.2.3) with the new geteduroam portal from the beta branch: https://github.com/geteduroam/letswifi-portal/tree/beta
Our testserver is not yet published to the app so we enter the full url into the searchfield to connect.
With that way the profile gets correctly configured.
After that opening the App again and clickling the button "Renew your account" or "Repair your Account" a error message appears:
"Unknown Profile"

What does this mean? Is this intended?

I think this is a bug when renewing a profile from an institution that's not in the discovery. We'll take a look.
